Misty Mentoring with Candy ~ £150 for 3 sessions of private spiritual, neurodivergent and somatic coaching (or two payments of £75)
Misty Mentoring is my project for sensitive and gifted folk who may have felt like the outsiders their entire lives. It is available for ages 16 and up.
We will work with the land, ancestors, place and your spiritual gifts to bring balance and harmony to your daily life, and work towards integration and inner wisdom.

Hi, I'm Candy, an experienced somatic practitioner, trauma coach, trauma-informed breathworker and independent consultant at Arras Healing. I have trained in various somatic trauma and attunement approaches and have been working with clients and groups since October 2021.
I work holistically with trauma using a blended approach of somatic and breathwork modalities. In the past I have worked with organisations such as Public Health and Local Authorities in providing trauma-informed systems consulting and research. I regularly take part in continual professional development with leaders in the somatic trauma healing, and breathwork fields. I'm fully insured and receive regular supervision, as well as facilitating online reflective practice spaces for other therapists, coaches, consultants, and practitioners on a regular basis. I have lived experience of trauma and hidden disabilities which bring a unique dimension and empathic connection to my work.
