Hello, I'm Candy, & welcome to Arras Healing...
My work is nestled in the vast and ancient chalklands of the Yorkshire Wolds, giving honour to the land and the ancestors who roam here.
I offer independent consulting and person-centred research which looks at trauma-informed education and approaches. This is part of my service to a world where trauma is seen, validated, and supported to safely heal.
As an experienced facilitator and coach, I also provide a range of somatic and breathwork support, in groups and one-to-one. My input is available for short-term and medium-term commissioning.
A world without trauma?
At Arras Healing, I am in service to realising a world and a planet without trauma. This is at the heart of everything I do and how I carry myself in the world. Working with people who are on their journeys to resolving trauma, my holistic and innovative approach includes a blend of somatic practice, trauma education, breathwork, ancestral attunement and land-based connection. I work with groups, people, and organisations.
Trauma is my mystery school. I'm dedicated to curating spaces for collective healing to come online and start working its nuanced magic in our lives and communities. My deep sensitivity and integrity means I am able to attune with large-scale and small-scale fields of trauma that require skilled presencing, to form the container for greater resourcing to come into access and view. The wounded places within the land, within our bodies, within our spirits, and within society deserve to heal. It is time for this healing work to reach a crescendo.
