You should aim to plan for 6-10 sessions of Rebirth Breathwork therapy for integration and changes to take place.
Somatic Inquiry coaching includes functional breathwork and somatic bodywork. Please note the first session lasts 1hr30 and the rate is £65;
Follow-up sessions last 1 hour. You should aim to plan for at least 3-6 sessions initially in particular if you are new to somatic bodywork.
To support mental/physical health recovery and functional breathing; please note the first session will last 1hr30 and costs £65;
Follow-up sessions last 1 hour - please plan for a minimum of 3-6 sessions to see benefits in your breath, body and wellness.
