Hello, I'm Candy, & welcome to Arras Healing...
As an experienced facilitator, group-leader and coach, I provide a range of somatic and breathwork support, in groups and one-to-one. My work is advertised via my website and mailing list ~ or feel free to get in touch with me by email or phone/text.
My specialism is in working with people to unmask into their most authentic feeling of "Self" ~ truly becoming who they are and were meant to be ~ and feeling powerful and clear about that. This often means stripping away the conditioning we have picked up throughout our lives, work and relationships to unearth the natural gold we carry in our souls.
My clients are often neurodivergent, autistic, ADHD and/or highly sensitive. I also work with people who have experienced trauma, mental health difficulties, or challenging relationships such as betrayal or marriage breakdown. My approach is unique and difficult to find anywhere else, combining somatic coaching with breathwork, inner child work, and trauma-informed leadership and education. I have a very identity-affirming style, rooted in social justice, dignity and courage. See feedback from previous clients here.
Working with clients, groups and organisations since 2021, Arras Healing is ultimately in service to a world where trauma is seen, validated, and supported to safely heal. In my private practice, I am particularly devoted to the interplay between individual, collective and ancestral trauma healing ~ which I believe is the medicine for our times.
As there is a spiritual influence on my work and my own personal growth as a somatic and trauma practitioner, my practice is named for the vast and ancient chalklands of the Yorkshire Wolds, giving honour to the land and the ancestors who roam here. This means that you will also find me blogging about folklore, land healing, and ancestral heritage sometimes! At your service, ~Candy
